This is our most popular outdoor cooking unit. It comes equipped with a firebox, reverse flow smoker barrel, charcoal grill, and propane burner. This entire unit is built in-house. It has a square tube trailer frame that sits on a 3,500-pound axle. The total length of this unit is 12'9", and weighs 1,100 pounds. The entire unit is painted with a high-temperature paint rated for 1,000 degrees. This unit requires a 2" ball and a standard 4-pole light hook-up.
-Firebox - 20” tall x 20” wide x 24” deep. This component is constructed using 11 GA steel. It has a removeable charcoal/wood grate. This grate is constructed using ¾" #9 X metal. This allows you to build your fire up off the bottom of the firebox and allows air to move under your fire. It also has an ash pan for easy clean up.
-Smoker barrel - 62" long x 30" diameter (72" x 36" upon request). This component is constructed using 1/4" steel. Inside the barrel smoker is a diverter plate and two removable cooking grates. The top cooking grate is 21 ½" deep x 56" long. The bottom cooking grate is 28" deep x 56" long. The cooking grates are constructed using ¾" #9 X metal. The smoker barrel also has a 2" drain.
-Charcoal grill - 42" tall x 30" wide x 24". This component is constructed using 11 GA steel. Inside the charcoal grill is a permanent charcoal grate and two removable cooking grates. All grates for the charcoal grill are constructed using ¾" #9 X metal. The charcoal grill also has an ash drawer for easy clean up.

This metal door can be adjusted by using a metal rod that runs from the door to the outside of the smoker barrel. This allows you to open and close the metal door without opening the barrel smoker. Open it to use this component as a vertical smoker and close it to use this component as a warming cabinet.

This is our most versatile model. It has the same specifications as our base model, Cherokee; however, this unit's barrel is set up to reverse flow smoke or charcoal grill. The diverter is removable, and we add a removable charcoal racks inside the bottom of the barrel. Furthermore, we add another smoke stack on the right side of the barrel smoker. To smoke simply shut off the right side stack and open the left side stack. To use the barrel as a charcoal grill, remove the diverter, shut off the left side stack, open the right side stack, and you're ready to grill.
