This is our most versatile model.  It has the same specifications as our base model, Cherokee, however the barrel on this particular unit is set up to reverse flow smoke or grill.  The diverter is removable and we also add a removable charcoal rack inside the bottom of the barrel.  Furthermore we add another smoke stack on the right side of the barrel smoker.  To smoke simply shut of the right side stack and open the left side stack.  To use the barrel as a charcoal grill you simply remove the diverter, shut off the left side stack, open the right side stack and you’re ready to grill.
